  • balsamic vinegar 1 1/2 cups Balsamic Vinegar, Divided
  • cherry tomatoes Halved Cherry Tomatoes
  • croutons Croutons
  • honey 1 tsp Honey

  • salad greens 2 cups Salad Greens

How to make it

  1. In a small pot heat, 1 Cup of balsamic vinegar over low heat for 10-15 minutes until reduced by half and syrupy. Be careful, it can easily burn
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Slice chicken into bit size slices and add to olive oil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 3-5 minutes, stirring until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Add reduced vinegar, remaining 1/2 C vinegar and honey to chicken, stir well to coat.
  6. Toss with salad greens and desired toppings.
