  • black peppercorns 1/3 cup smoked black peppercorns (available here)
  • dried chives 1/2 cup dried chives (available here)
  • dried onion 1/3 cup dried minced onion (available here)
  • dried parsley 1/4 cup dried parsley (available here)
  • dulse 2 tablespoons dulse flakes (available here)
  • lemon peel 1/2 cup dried lemon peel (available here)
  • unrefined sea salt 1/4 cup unrefined sea salt (I used this kind.)

How to make it

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a medium-sized mixing bowl and stir until well-combined. Then, working in batches, place all ingredients into a spice grinder (Click here for the one I use.) or into a the pitcher of a high-powered blender, and process until they form a fine powder.
  2. Transfer the seasoning salt to a glass jar or other container, close the lid tightly, and store in a cool place for up to one year.
