  • baking soda 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • bananas 2 cup mashed Bananas
  • butter 1/2 cup softened Butter
  • canned pineapple 1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple undrained
  • cinnamon 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • cream cheese 1 8-ounce package softened Cream Cheese
  • eggs 3 Eggs, beaten
  • flour 3 cup Flour
  • pecans 1 cup chopped Pecans
  • powdered sugar 1 1-pound box Powdered Sugar
  • salt 1 teaspoon Salt
  • sugar 2 cup Sugar
  • vanilla 1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • vegetable oil 1 cup Vegetable Oil

How to make it

  1. BREAD
  2. Combine first five ingredients; add eggs and oil, stirring until moistened. DO NOT BEAT Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas.
  3. Bake in three 9-inch round layer pans at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pans 10 minutes Turn out and cool completely Frost with cream cheese frosting. Sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped pecans on top.CREAM CHEESE FROSTINGBeat ingredients until fluffy
  4. Spread between layers, on sides and top of cake.
