• almond milk ½-1 cup unsweetened almond milk (more for a thinner consistency)
  • banana 1 frozen banana (you may use ½ to cut down on the sugar content)
  • cinnamon dash of cinnamon to taste
  • cucumber 1 cup organic cucumber
  • ice ½ cup ice (more if you'd like a thicker consistency)
  • oranges 1-2 medium oranges (about 1 cup total)
  • romaine lettuce 1 cup organic romaine lettuce (optional)
  • vanilla protein powder 1 scoop vanilla protein (of your choice)

How to make it

  1. Simply blend in your Vitamix or high speed blender until thick and smooth. If you're not using a high speed blender you may have a lumpy consistency with the greens used. In this situation I would first blend all the greens you're using with the almond milk/liquid until smooth, then continue adding in the remaining ingredients!
  2. Serve with a straw.ENJOY!
