  • lemon juice 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • mint leaves 8 Mint Leaves
  • persimmon 3 Persimmon

How to make it

  1. Take the seeds out pomegranate.
  2. Cut persimmons and apple into 2cm pieces.
  3. Chiffonade the mint leaves by stacking the leaves together, roll them up like a cigar & thinly slice.
  4. Gently toss all of the ingredients together and enjoy!
