  • bacon 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
  • black beans 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • chicken breasts 4 small chicken breasts
  • corn 1 cup corn ( - 2 ears), preferably grilled or charred
  • jalapeno 1/4 cup jalapeno popper dressing
  • pickled jalapenos fresh or pickled sliced jalapenos to taste
  • red onion 1/4 cup green or red onion, sliced
  • romaine 6 cups romaine or other lettuce, shredded

How to make it
