  • brown sugar ½ teaspoon brown sugar
  • canned pumpkin puree ½ cup canned pumpkin puree
  • cinnamon ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • fat-free cool whip ¼ cup Cool Whip Free, thawed
  • graham crackers ½ sheet (2 sections) low-fat honey graham crackers, crushed
  • ice cubes 6 to 8 ice cubes
  • no calorie sweetener 2 no-calorie sweetener packets
  • pumpkin pie spice ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, or more to taste
  • sugar-free syrup 1 tablespoon sugar-free calorie-free vanilla syrup
  • reddi-wip 2 tablespoons Fat-Free Reddi-wip

How to make it

  1. Place milk, pumpkin, Cool-Whip, vanilla syrup, cinnamon, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, sweetener and ice cubes in a blender.
  2. Blend at high speed until thoroughly mixed and thick.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass. Taste and add additional pumpkin pie spice if desired. Top with Reddi-Wip and graham crackers.
