  • balsamic vinegar 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • feta 3 Tbs feta, crumbled
  • fresh basil large handful fresh basil, sliced thinly into a chiffonade
  • olive oil 2 Tbs olive oil
  • watermelon 4 cups watermelon, cut into 1 inch cubes

How to make it

  1. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine watermelon cubes, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar using your hands
  2. Add basil and feta and gently combine
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days
