  • black olives 1/2 cup black olives, chopped
  • canned tomatoes 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
  • italian cheese blend 1 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
  • lemon zest 1 Tbsp. lemon zest
  • rotini pasta 3 cups hot cooked rotini pasta
  • skinless boneless chicken breasts 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)

How to make it

  1. Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken; cover. Cook 5 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165F).
  3. Remove chicken from skillet.
  4. Add tomatoes, olives and lemon zest to skillet. Cook 4 min. or until hot, stirring frequently.
  5. Return chicken to skillet; cook 1 min. or until hot. Top with cheese.
  6. Serve over pasta.
