  • corn 2 (11 oz) cans of fiesta corn, drained
  • cumin 1 tsp cumin
  • garlic powder 3 tsp garlic powder
  • green onions 3 green onions, diced
  • light mayonnaise 1/3 c light mayonnaise
  • lime juice 1 tbsp lime juice
  • sour cream 1/3 c light sour cream
  • splenda 1/2 tsp Splenda for Baking

How to make it

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour.
