  • cream cheese 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • heavy cream 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • pumpkin pie spice ½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • sugar 3-4 Tbsp Sugar
  • toffee Toffee Crunch Crumbles
  • vanilla ½ tsp Vanilla

How to make it

  1. In a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, whip the heavy cream until light and fluffy with stiff peaks. In a large bowl stir together softened cream cheese with pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla until smooth and evenly mixed. Using a rubber spatula, fold the whipped cream into the softened cream cheese mixture. Cover and let rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes to 1 hour or until chilled and set.Dollop into six waffle cones and drizzle with caramel sauce and garnish with toffee bits if desired.
  2. Serve immediately.
