Crock Pot Garlic Chicken Alfredo Lasagna

Ingredients

  • cottage cheese 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
  • jack cheese 4 c. Crystal Farms Garlic Jack Shredded Cheese
  • lasagna noodles 9 lasagna noodles
  • roasted garlic 2 (15 oz) jars roasted garlic Alfredo
  • shredded chicken 1 lb chicken, cooked and shredded
  • water 1/2 c. water

How to make it

  1. In a mixing bowl combine the Alfredo sauce and water.
  2. Whisk until combined.
  3. Spread a fourth of Alfredo mix on the bottom of a 6 quart crock pot. Arrange 3 lasagna noodles on top of sauce.
  4. Spread 1/3 of the chicken on top of lasagna noodles.
  5. In a mixing bowl combine cheeses.
  6. Spread 1/3 of cheese mixture over chicken. Repeat these steps twice.
  7. Cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until noodles are cooked through.
