How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into small bite sized pieces, approximately 1" x 1".In a shallow dish combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic salt, and pepper.In a second dish whisk together egg and milk.
  3. Add flour to a third shallow dish.Coat chicken pieces in the following order
  4. flour, milk and egg mixture, bread crumb mixture.
  5. Place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or a silpat mat.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve with marinara to finish off the Chicken Parmesan flavor!
