Ingredients

  • anchovy paste 2 teaspoons anchovy paste (or 2 anchovy fillets, chopped)
  • avocado 1 avocado, sliced
  • baby spinach 1 cup baby spinach (or 4 leaves lettuce)
  • basil leaves 1/4 cup packed basil leaves
  • bread 8 slices bread
  • chives 1/4 cup packed chopped chives
  • daikon radish 1 cup daikon radish, julienned
  • fresh mozzarella 1 (8 ounce) ball fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • garlic 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • greens 1 cup micro-greens/sprouts
  • lemon zest 1/2 lemon (zest and juice)
  • mayonnaise 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • salt 1 teaspoon salt
  • salt and pepper salt and pepper to taste
  • sugar 2 teaspoons sugar
  • tarragon leaves 1/4 cup packed tarragon leaves
  • tomato 1 large tomato, sliced
  • water 1/2 cup warm water

How to make it

  1. Mix the radish, onion, sugar, salt, vinegar and water and let sit for 30 minutes or more.Puree everything in a food processor.Assemble the sandwich and enjoy!
