  • chiles 1 4 oz can mild chopped green chiles
  • guacamole 1 8 oz. package PeakFection Guacamole
  • lettuce 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • black beans 1 16 oz. can refried black beans
  • salsa 1 14.5 oz. package PeakFection Salsa
  • shredded mexican cheese blend 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • white corn tortillas 8 5-inch white corn tortillas

How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 250°. Lightly spray tortillas with cooking spray.
  2. Bake until tortillas are crisp and starting to brown, about 5 minutes. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine refried beans and green chiles.
  3. Heat covered for 1 to 2 minutes until the beans are warm.
  4. Spread warm refried beans on crisp tortillas and top with lettuce, cheese, guacamole and salsa.
  5. Serve immediately.
