  • dijon mustard 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • garlic 1 clove garlic, grated
  • grainy mustard 2 tablespoon grainy mustard
  • maple syrup 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Miso Soybean Paste 1 tablespoon white miso paste
  • rice vinegar 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • salmon fillets 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
  • soy sauce 2 teaspoons soy sauce

How to make it

  1. Marinate the salmon in the mixture of the maple syrup, mustards, miso, vinegar, soy sauce and garlic for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Place the salmon on a baking dish and bake in a preheated 400F oven until the salmon just starts to flake easily, about 10 minutes.
