Ingredients

  • blueberries Fresh blueberries + chopped almonds, to top
  • cinnamon ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • dried blueberries ¼ cup dried blueberries
  • maple syrup 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • milk 1 cup milk (I used almond)
  • rolled oats 1 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if necessary)
  • skim vanilla greek yogurt 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (I used 0%)
  • vanilla extract 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to make it

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients and whisk until smooth. Divide into two or three small jars, cover, and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  2. Serve straight from the fridge, or slightly warmed.Keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
