• beer 1 – 12 oz bottle beer, divided
  • bell pepper ½ t pepper
  • cream cheese 4 ounces cream cheese
  • dijon mustard 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • flour 2 T flour
  • jalapeno ½ jalapeño seeded and diced
  • pepper jack cheese 1 cup pepper jack cheese
  • salt ½ t salt
  • sharp cheddar cheese 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
  • worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

How to make it

  1. Mix flour, salt and pepper with grated cheeses. In a medium saucepan heat 10 ounces of the beer until boiling.
  2. Add grated cheese by the handful and stir each one until fully melted before adding more cheese. Once all grated cheese is melted stir in 4 ounces of cream cheese, mustard, worcestershire sauce, and jalapeño. Stir until combined and cheese is melted. If sauce is too thick, add the rest of the beer to get to desired consistency.
  3. Serve warm with pretzels or vegetables.
