  • cranberries 2 cup of frozen Cranberries
  • navel orange 1 navel orange (the juice only)
  • peaches 1 28oz can of slice peaches, drained
  • sugar 1/2 cup of sugar

How to make it

  1. In a medium saucepan, put everything in and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the peaches are soft but not completely falling appart. Make sure that there is almost no liquid left.
  2. Mix frequently.
  3. Let in cool completely and put it in jars.Enjoy with a nice brie and a fresh baguette.
