How to make it

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped red onion and bell pepper and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add tofu and drizzle soy sauce, vinegar and lemon juice over the top. Stir.
  5. Add paprika, cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper flakes and brown sugar.Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve hot and garnish with parsley.
