How to make it

  1. Using a blender, combine coconut milk, water, stevia, truvia, glucomannan, pumpkin pie spice mix, and pumpkin puree. Blend for 1-2 minutes.Gradually add one tray of ice cubes while it is blending (if you are able to do so with your blender).After most of the ice has been crushed, add in whey protein.Blend until it is a nice smoothie texture.
