  • milk 3 cups 2% milk
  • sugar 1/4 cup sugar
  • vanilla yogurt 2/3 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • whipped cream Whipped cream, optional

How to make it

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Pour into chilled glasses; top with whipped cream if desired.
