  • asparagus 1/2 pound fresh asparagus, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • fresh dill 2 teaspoons snipped fresh dill
  • fresh mushrooms 1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
  • fresh peas 1 cup fresh or frozen peas
  • maple syrup 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • olive oil 1 tablespoon olive oil

How to make it

  1. In a large skillet, saute the asparagus, mushrooms and peas in oil until tender.
  2. Add the vinegar, syrup and dill; heat through.
  3. Serve with a slotted spoon.
