How to make it

  1. Combine the rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and olive oil in a small bowl. Rub the mixture over the surface of the lamb chops and allow them to rest at room temperature for 15 to 30 minutes.Prepare your grill according to manufacturers instructions or heat a grill pan over high heat until almost smoking, add the chops and sear for about 3 minutes.
