  • asparagus ½ lb fresh asparagus, cut into 1.5-inch pieces
  • black pepper ½ tsp. black pepper
  • chicken broth 3/4 cup chicken broth or water
  • coconut oil 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • garlic cloves 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • red chili flakes ½ tsp. red chili flakes
  • salt ½ tsp. salt

  • skinless boneless chicken breasts 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • sweet potato 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and diced

How to make it

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.In a skillet over medium heat, add the coconut oil.Once heated, add the garlic and chicken. Saut for about 7-8 minutes or until it is cooked through. Be sure not to overcook! Set the chicken aside.In the same skillet, add the sweet potato and chicken broth.Cook for about 7-10 minutes or until the sweet potato is cooked through.
  2. Add the asparagus and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken and season with salt, pepper, and red chili flakes.
  4. Serve hot.
