  • chocolate chips 2 cups (about 12 ounces) chocolate chips
  • crispy rice cereal 6 cups crispy rice cereal (or any cereal)
  • marshmallows 1 (10 ounce) bag marshmallows
  • peanut butter 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • powdered sugar Powdered sugar, for dipping
  • vegetable oil 2 tablespoons butter or vegetable oil

How to make it

  1. Line a 9x13 pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place butter, peanut butter, marshmallows, and chocolate in a large bowl.
  3. Heat in 30 second increments, stirring between each, until the mixture is melted. Quickly stir in the rice krispies.Press into prepared pan.
  4. Let them cool, then cut into squares.
  5. Place about 1 cup powdered sugar in a bowl and coat each square with powdered sugar.
  6. Serve.Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
